3. A long road
This is where Birdi-Q’s journey begins – a long, rocky road that will challenge her. She is at the very start, her gaze fixed firmly on her ultimate goal. She knows: now it’s time to strengthen the body. But without mental preparation, there will be no take-off. Because learning to fly demands ultimate preparation – for both body and mind.
Determined, she begins her strict fitness routine: she starts gently, loosening and stretching, warming up, while breathing exercises accompany the first light movements, before she takes on bigger challenges.
These are her first steps – tentative yet determined. She knows: without strength in the body, without clarity in the mind, she will not fly. With this awareness, she feels her breath flowing and her body opening up, and her thoughts learn to fly. ➜
