5. Sprint
Take-off doesn't start in the air, but on the ground. Incredible speed is needed to overcome gravity, to break through the moment of stillness. That's why Birdi-Q practices short, explosive sprints – with growing tempo, a pounding heart, and the resistance of the air as her opponent. Every step is a fight against the pull of the earth, every sprint a small game with freedom, getting a little closer to the sky.
They say speed is the little brother of flight – Birdi-Q knows this: With each sprint, she pushes her body to the limit, burns the ground beneath her feet, and feels her breath pulse in the rhythm of her movement.
